What is the difference between Elevate Membership and The Executive Career Accelerator (ECA)?
The Executive Career Accelerator (ECA) is our high-touch implementation program where we spend six months working with you to guide you through the process of moving from manager to executive. The ECA includes several group coaching calls a week as well as unlimited 1:1 coaching support from highly trained coaches – all of whom have also gone through the ECA program themselves and had success.
Elevate is a membership community that provides access to the course material, live trainings, and (most importantly) the Vertical Motion community for people who aren’t ready to make a $10K investment in their career. It’s a different way to access the same information and the community as our 1:1 clients but in a more self-guided way.

To be blunt - because what we teaches works. Even in this job economy, our clients are getting and negotiating offers.

The Leadership Edge calls are followed by an ECA Implementation Program Client-led Roundtable Discussion. Is this membership month-to-month?
Yes. You can join anytime, cancel anytime. You pay for a full month at a time, so if you cancel, you’ll still have access to everything until the end of your monthly billing cycle.
What if I join and it is not the right fit?

Is this for managers, or only directors?
Elevate is for anyone who has (1) at least 10 years of corporate experience, (2) has managed employees at least once in their career, and (3) has a goal to move up to the executive level. Elevate works for senior managers, directors, and in some cases high-level individual contributors seeking to move up to the next level in their career. The higher you go in your career, the more likely individualized coaching will be a better fit. But for this phase of your career Elevate is a great place to get started.
What if I miss one of the weekly Leadership Edge trainings?
The Leadership Edge calls are recorded and can be accessed through the community portal. While live attendance is always the best, you can watch the replays at your convenience either through the website, the desktop app, or the mobile app for our community. Topics for each Leadership Edge call are located in the event listing on our community hub on Circle.
I'm an Individual Contributor, is this membership right for me?
For high-level individual contributors, yes. If you have at least 10 years of corporate experience and you have managed someone at some point in your career this community could be right for you. If you are earlier on in your career and working to move to the manager level, Elevate might not be the right fit as we assume our members have management skills and experience.
